Why can't I save a class
Fix the two rules that stop a class from saving.
Two rules can stop you when you add or edit a class.
What to do
- Open the form and read the message under the field.
- Check the table for the same grade and section.
- Raise Capacity so it is not below the students in the class.
- Select Save again.
The rules
- The same grade and section cannot be added twice for the same year, term and branch.
- Capacity cannot be lower than the students already in the class.
- Capacity must be from 1 to 500.
Common questions
It says the class already exists.
Look in the table for that grade and section. Edit it, or pick another section.
