Why can't I delete a year or term

Know which years and terms are protected.

A school always needs at least one year and one term.

The Academic years & terms page in the Academics area, as a school admin sees it: set up the academic years and terms that organise your school calendar.

What to do

Check if the year is marked Current.
If it is, make another year current first.
Check that you are not deleting the last year or term.
Try Delete again.

What cannot be deleted

The current year.
The last year left.
The last term left.
