Set grades and periods a week for a subject

Choose which grades study a subject and how many periods a week each gets.

Use this so the timetable knows which subjects to offer for each class.

The Subjects page in the Academics area, as a school admin sees it: keep the list of subjects, give each a colour, and say which grades study it.

Steps

Open Academics → Subjects.
Select the Grades & periods per week button on the subject row.
Tick each grade that studies the subject.
Type the periods a week next to each ticked grade. It can be 1 to 20.
Select Save.
The Grades column shows the grades you ticked.
