Add a co-teacher to a lesson

Let two or more teachers share one lesson.

Use this for team teaching. The lesson shows on every teacher's own timetable.

The Class timetable page in the Academics area, as a school admin sees it: build the weekly timetable of one class, with teachers and rooms that never clash.

Steps

Open Academics → Class timetable and pick the class.
Click the lesson, or an empty cell to add a new one.
Choose the Subject and the lead Teacher.
Open Co-teacher, room or note.
Tick the other teachers who share the lesson.
Select Add lesson, or Save.
Hover over the lesson to see the co-teachers.
