Add an activity

Create a club or session students can join.

An activity can have seats, an instructor and a program.

The Activities page in the Academics area, as a school admin sees it: run clubs and extracurricular activities, with seats, instructors and enrolled students.

Steps

Open Academics → Activities.
Select Add activity.
Type the Activity title.
Pick a Program and an Instructor if you like.
Type the number of Seats, or leave it empty for Unlimited.
Tick Billable if it carries a charge.
Choose the Status and select Add activity.
The activity appears in the table.
