Why can't I delete a grade or section
A grade or section that is in use cannot be deleted.
A grade or section stays while classes or other records still use it.
What to do
- Open Academics → Classes.
- Find the classes that use the grade or section.
- Delete them, or move their students and records elsewhere.
- Go back to Academics → Grade & section names and delete again.
