Programs

Create the umbrella categories, such as Sports or Arts, that your activities belong to.

A program groups related activities. For example, a Sports and Athletics program can hold Football and Swimming. Create programs first, then add activities under them.

What you see on this page

  • Summary cards: Programs, Active and Activities linked.
  • A card for each program with its picture, name, status, description and how many activities it holds.
  • Edit and Delete buttons on each card.

Add a program

  1. Press Add program.
  2. Type the Program name (up to 120 characters).
  3. Optionally add a short Description and a Program picture.
  4. Choose the Status: Active or Inactive.
  5. Press Add program.

Edit a program

  1. Press the edit button on the card. A form opens above the cards.
  2. Change the name, description, Image URL or Status.
  3. Save your changes.
