Instructors

Keep the coaches and mentors who run your activities.

Instructors are the people who lead activities, such as coaches and club mentors. They do not need to be teachers. Add them here, then choose them on an activity.

What you see on this page

  • Summary cards: Instructors, Active and Assigned to activities.
  • A card for each instructor with their photo (or initials), name, status, how many activities they run and a short description.
  • Edit and Delete buttons on each card.

Add an instructor

  1. Press Add instructor.
  2. Type the Instructor name (up to 120 characters).
  3. Optionally add a Specialty / bio and an Instructor photo.
  4. Choose the Status: Active or Inactive.
  5. Press Add instructor.

Edit an instructor

  1. Press the edit button on the card.
  2. Change the name, description, Photo URL or Status.
  3. Save your changes.
