Why can't I collect a payment
Why the payment form or the coin button is missing.
Collecting money needs a special right.
Reasons
- Your role cannot collect payments. You see a message to ask the school administrator.
- The bill is a draft. Issue it first.
- The bill is Cancelled. A cancelled bill cannot be paid.
- The bill is Paid. Nothing is left to pay.
Common questions
The coin button is missing on Fee bills.
It shows only on unpaid bills, and only to people who can collect payments.
