Use a deposit against what a family owes

Keep the deposit to pay unpaid fees.

You need the right to approve adjustments and refunds.

The Security deposits page in the Fees area, as a school admin sees it: record deposits the school holds and settle them when a student leaves.

Steps

Open Fees → Security deposits.
Find the deposit that is held.
Select Use against dues.
Confirm.

The deposit moves to the Used against dues box.
