The fee head you choose decides who is billed.

The Fee types & amounts page in the Fees area, as a school admin sees it: choose what each grade is billed: fee types, amounts and how often.

The rules

Transport: only students on a transport route.
Extracurricular: only students in an activity.
Every other head: all students in the grade.
