Fees summary
The fee year at a glance: totals, recent bills and who is overdue.
Open in InsplyStart here each day. The top strip shows the fee year as a path, and below it are four totals, the latest bills and the families who owe.
The fee path
- Set up: goes to Fee types & amounts.
- Bill: goes to Fee bills.
- Collect: goes to Collect fees.
- Follow up: goes to Who owes fees, with a count of students past due.
- Adjust: goes to Correct a bill, with a count of requests waiting.
- Leave: goes to Refunds when leaving, with a count of open cases.
The four totals
- Collected: the percentage of billed money that has been paid, with the amounts.
- Pending: money still to be paid.
- Defaulters: how many bills are overdue.
- Collected this month: money received in the current month.
The two lists
- Recent invoices: the latest bills with their status. View all goes to Fee bills.
- Defaulters: the worst few overdue bills with the balance. The coin icon opens Collect fees. See all shows the rest on Fee bills.
