Work out a leaving student's settlement

Fix the deposit and dues figures to find the result.

The unpaid fees are taken off the security deposit. You need the right to manage fees.

Steps

  1. Open Fees → Refunds when leaving.
  2. Stay on the Pending tab.
  3. Find the student.
  4. Select Work out settlement.

The case moves to Settlement worked out. The Result shows Refund, Owes or Square.
