Why didn't a family get a fee reminder

Check these in order.

The Fee reminders page in the Fees area, as a school admin sees it: rules that email families about unpaid bills on the day you choose.

Reasons

The family has no email address. The Due today box counts these.
The bill is Paid, Cancelled or Draft. These are never reminded.
They already got this reminder for this bill. Each rule emails once per bill.
The rule is Off.
Email is not set up for the school. A notice on the page says so.
