Why can't I void a bill

Why Void invoice does not work on a bill.

A bill with payments on it cannot be voided.

Fee bills: a table of bills with total, balance and a status of Draft, Issued or Paid, and the Add invoice and Generate bills buttons.

What to do

Open the bill with the eye icon.
Look at Payments history.
Select Reverse next to each payment.
Select Void invoice.
