Why can't I find a student in Collect fees
Why a family does not show up in the search.
The search lists only students with unpaid bills.
Check these
- The student has no bill yet. Create it under Fees → Fee bills.
- The bill is a draft. Open it and select Issue invoice.
- The bill is already Paid or Cancelled.
- The name is spelled differently. Try the roll number or the bill number.
Common questions
A family says they already paid.
Search for the bill under Fees → Fee bills. If it shows Paid, the money is already recorded.
