Why can't I approve a correction
Why Approve and Hold are missing.
Approving is a separate right from managing fees. This is so a second person checks the request.
What to know
- Only people who can approve adjustments and refunds see Approve and Hold.
- Ask your school administrator to give you that right, or ask someone who has it.
- Approve shows only on requests in Waiting or On hold.
