Who owes fees
See unpaid money grouped by how late it is, and jump to collect it.
Open in InsplyThis page lists every student with an unpaid balance, worst first. The line at the top shows the total unpaid and how many students owe it.
The lateness boxes
- All: every student who owes.
- Current: not yet past the due date.
- 1–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days and 90+ days: how many days past the due date the oldest bill is.
- Each box shows the money in it and how many students. Click one to show only those students. Click All to clear it.
Columns
- Student, with the roll number under the name.
- Class.
- Invoices: how many open bills they have.
- Unpaid: the total they owe.
- Oldest: how many days late the oldest bill is, or Not due yet.
- Collect: opens Collect fees on their oldest bill. Shown only to people who can collect payments.
