Keep a security deposit
Record that the school keeps the deposit and does not refund it.
You need the right to approve adjustments and refunds.
Steps
- Open Fees → Security deposits.
- Find the deposit that is held.
- Select Keep.
- Confirm.
The deposit moves to the Kept by school box.
