Go straight to the next unpaid bill for the same student.

A family can pay one bill at a time. Use this if they have more than one bill.

Collect fees, step 1: search for the student or family, with the families who owe the most listed first.

Steps

Finish a payment with Collect payment.
Select the button to collect their next bill.
Check the Amount received.
Select Collect payment.
