Cancel a withdrawal
Stop the money steps for a student who is staying.
You can cancel until the case is closed. You need the right to manage fees.
Steps
- Open Fees → Refunds when leaving.
- Find the case.
- Select Cancel.
- Confirm.
The case moves to the Cancelled tab. You can then start a new one if needed.
