Switch a user off

Stop a person from signing in without deleting them.

Use this when someone leaves the school.

Steps

  1. Open Setup → Users & logins.
  2. Find the person.
  3. Select the user icon on their row.
  4. Confirm.
  5. The status changes to Inactive.
