What you see on this page
- Inbox categories & SLA: each category of message, how many days the school aims to answer within (SLA), and its status. Shows a dash when no target is set.
- SMS gateways: each provider, a masked reference (the real key is never shown) and its status.
- Recent notifications: the title, the channel it was sent on and when.
