Why can't I switch a user off

Rules that keep the school from losing its last admin.

The app protects the school from being locked out.

Steps

  1. Check that the person is not you. You cannot switch yourself off.
  2. Check that they are not the only active school admin.
  3. Check that they are not the last person who can manage setup and roles.
  4. If they are, give another person that access first.
  5. Try again.
