School profile

The name, logo and contact details of your school.

The school profile is the identity of your school. The name and logo appear on receipts, letters and report cards, and the contact details are used wherever the school is shown to parents.

What you see on this page

  • A heading with the school name and its city and country.
  • School details: School logo, School name and Email.
  • Address & phone: the address fields and a phone field with a country code.
  • A Save profile button at the bottom of the form.

Change the school details

  1. Open Setup → School profile.
  2. To change the logo, drop an image into the School logo box or choose one from your device. You can adjust it before it is saved.
  3. Edit the School name (required, at least 2 characters) or the Email.
  4. Update the address and the phone number and its country code.
  5. Click Save profile. You will see the message School profile saved.
