Who changed what
A searchable history of changes made in your school.
Open in InsplyEvery important change in the app is recorded: who did it, when, in which module and what the change was. Use this page to find out why something looks different or to review what a user has done.
What you see on this page
- A heading showing the number of entries (for example 12 of 340 when a filter is on).
- A filter bar: a search box (searches who, what or detail), Module, Action, From date and To date.
- Apply to run the filter, and Clear to remove it.
- A table with When, Actor, Module, Action, Entity and Detail. Newest first, 50 per page.
Find a change
- Type a name, record or word into the search box, for example a student name.
- Pick a Module and an Action if you know them.
- Set From and To dates if you want one period.
- Click Apply. Click Clear to start over.
