The Notification settings page in the Setup area, as a school admin sees it: see the inbox categories, SMS gateways and recent notifications of your school.

Steps

Open Setup → Notification settings.
Read Inbox categories & SLA for the days the school aims to reply within.
Read SMS gateways to see which providers are set up.
Read Recent notifications to see what was sent and when.
