Change the school address and phone

Update the email, address and phone number parents see.

Use this when the school moves or gets a new phone number.

Steps

  1. Open Setup → School profile.
  2. Type the new Email if it changed.
  3. Update the address fields.
  4. Pick the country code and type the phone number.
  5. Select Save profile.
  6. You see the message School profile saved.

Common questions

I can only read the profile.

You do not have the permission to manage school setup. Ask a school admin.
