Today
Your day on one screen: registers to mark, quick jobs and today's lessons.
Open in InsplyToday is the first page you see. It greets you by name, shows the date and says how many lessons you teach today. The day and time follow your school's clock, not your device.
What you see on this page
- Attendance: one row for each class you teach today, with its subjects and time. The heading says how many registers are done, for example 2 of 3 marked, or all done.
- What would you like to do?: large buttons for Set homework, Enter marks, Post to a class and Message the office. Only the ones your role allows are shown.
- Your week in numbers: small charts of registers marked today, lessons per day and time by subject. They appear when you have lessons.
- Your day: today's lessons in order, each with the subject, class, period and time. Full week opens My timetable.
Mark a register from Today
- Find the class under Attendance.
- Select Mark. The register for that class opens.
- Mark each student and save.
- Back on Today the row shows Marked. Select it to change the register later.
Common questions
Why does it say no lessons today?
Your timetable has nothing on this weekday. You can still set homework or post to a class.
Why is Today empty with a message about my profile?
Your login is not linked to a teacher record. Ask the school office to link it.
