Add questions to homework

Build the online questions your students will answer.

Questions can only be added to online homework. Add them all before students start.

Steps

  1. Open Teaching → Homework and open your assignment.
  2. Go to the Questions step.
  3. Select Add a question.
  4. Choose What kind of question?. Select More types to see them all.
  5. Type the question and fill in its answers.
  6. Set the Marks for the question.
  7. Select Add question. The form clears so you can add the next one.

Common questions

Why can't I edit my questions?

A student has already handed in. Questions lock from that moment so marks stay fair.

I cannot add a question.

Check that the homework is Online, not On paper. One assignment can have up to 100 questions.
