What do my leave statuses mean

Learn what Pending, Approved, Rejected and Cancelled mean.

Steps

  1. Open Teaching → My leave.
  2. Find your request in My requests.
  3. Look at the Status column.
  4. Match the word with the list below.

The statuses

  • Pending: the office has not decided yet. You can still cancel it.
  • Approved: the office agreed. Your attendance shows On leave for those days.
  • Rejected: the office said no. Speak to them if you want to know why.
  • Cancelled: you withdrew the request.
