What do mark statuses mean

Learn what Not graded, Submitted, Approved and Rejected mean.

The Enter marks page in the LMS area, as a school admin sees it: type each student's marks for one class, subject and exam, then submit them for approval.

Steps

Open Teaching → Enter marks.
Choose the Class, Subject and Exam.
Look at the Status column.
Match the word with the list below.

The statuses

Not graded: no mark has been entered yet.
Submitted: your mark is waiting for an approver.
Approved: the mark is final and counts towards the result.
Rejected: an approver sent it back. Fix it and submit again.
