See your parent meetings

Look at the slots parents have booked with you.

Parents book slots themselves from their own menu. You see the bookings here.

The Parent meetings page in the Communication area, as a school admin sees it: set the school's meeting day and see which slots parents have booked.

Steps

Open Teaching → Parent meetings.
Read the heading. It shows the meeting day and hours.
Look at the table. Each row shows the Slot, Student, Status and Notes.
Use the status pills to show only one kind of booking.

Common questions

I cannot set the meeting day or cancel a booking.

Only school staff who can publish communications can do that. Ask the school office.
