Why can't I change a mark

Steps

1. Open Teaching → Enter marks.
2. Choose the Class, Subject and Exam.
3. Find the student whose box is greyed out.
4. Read their Status and match it with the reasons below.

Common reasons

• The mark is already Approved, so it is locked for teachers.
• Your role is not allowed to enter results.
