Open in Insply

This is the full list of students. Use it to find someone, open their profile, or add a new student with their class and family in one go.

What you see on this page

  • Four numbers: Total students (those in school now), Boys, Girls and Classes.
  • A search box. It finds students by name or roll number.
  • Status pills: All, then one pill per status that exists, such as Active or Withdrawn, each with a count. Select one to filter the list. The pills appear once more than one status is in use.
  • Export, for people who may download lists. It gives you the student list as Excel or PDF.
  • The table with these columns: Student (photo and name), Roll No, Class, Grade, House, Status and an actions column.
  • Grade is the student's latest exam result. It shows a dash until a result exists.
  • At the bottom, page controls. The list shows one page at a time.

Row actions

  • View (eye icon): open the Student profile.
  • Edit (pencil icon): open the edit form.
  • Delete (bin icon): remove the student. Read the confirmation first.
