Reset a parent's login
Get the sign-in email ready to send to a parent.
Use this when a parent forgot how to sign in or never got an invite.
Steps
- Open Users → Parents.
- Find the family.
- Select Reset login in the Login column.
- Read the email shown in the box.
- Select Copy email.
- Send it to the parent yourself, then select Done.
