Why it says a national ID belongs to another family

Fix the message that stops you from saving a parent.

That family is already in the school. A second record would split the family.

Steps

  1. Open Users → Students and select Add student.
  2. Fill in the student's details.
  3. Type the same national ID under Parent or guardian.
  4. Select Add student.
  5. The student joins the family that already exists.
