What do the mark statuses mean

Understand Not graded, Submitted, Approved and Rejected.

Every mark has a Status in the last column.

The Enter marks page in the LMS area, as a school admin sees it: type each student's marks for one class, subject and exam, then submit them for approval.

The statuses

Not graded: no mark has been typed yet.
Submitted: the mark is waiting for an approver.
Approved: the mark is final. It counts towards the student's result.
Rejected: an approver sent it back. Correct it and submit again.
