Add a matching question

Ask students to match each item with its partner.

Use this for pairs, such as a country and its capital.

Steps

  1. Open the assignment and go to the Questions step.
  2. Select Add a question.
  3. Pick Matching. It may be under More types.
  4. Type the Question.
  5. Type each pair: the Item, then what it Matches. You need 2 to 10 pairs.
  6. Select Add pair for more pairs.
  7. Set the Marks and select Add question.
