About Admissions
What the Admissions module is for and the usual order of work.
Admissions is for new families. Parents apply on a public web page, you follow each applicant through the stages, and when you accept one the app creates a student record for you. It works for the current academic year and follows the campus chosen in the top bar.
The usual order of work
- Make sure an academic year is set up. Admissions needs one.
- Under Registration form settings → Vacancies, open seats for each grade and campus.
- Under Registration form settings → Grade setup, set age rules, questions, documents, terms, stages and scholarships for each grade.
- Under Letters, write or add the emails you will send at each stage.
- Under Online registration form, switch on Accept online applications and share the link with parents.
- Work through the applicants under Applicants. Advance, accept or reject them, and send letters.
- Use Reports and charts and Charts to see how the intake is going.
