Copy seats to other grades

Send one grade's openings to other grades at once.

Use this to save time when many grades have the same seats.

Registration form settings, Vacancies tab: a table of grades with their campus, number of seats and an Open status.

Steps

Open Admissions → Registration form settings.
Select the Vacancies tab.
Find the row to copy from.
Select the Copy icon (two squares).
Tick the grades to copy to.
Confirm.
