Add terms and conditions to the form

Write terms parents must accept before they send the form.

Leave this empty if you have no terms.

Registration form settings, Vacancies tab: a table of grades with their campus, number of seats and an Open status.

Steps

Open Admissions → Registration form settings.
Select the Grade setup tab and open the grade.
Select Terms and conditions.
Type or paste your terms.
Save your changes.
