Open seats for a grade

Add a vacancy so parents can apply to that grade.

Parents can only choose a grade that is Open and has more than 0 openings.

Registration form settings, Vacancies tab: a table of grades with their campus, number of seats and an Open status.

Steps

Open Admissions → Registration form settings.
Select the Vacancies tab.
Select Add vacancy.
Choose the Grade and the Branch.
Type the number of Openings.
Leave Accepting applications ticked.
Select Add vacancy.
