Why is a result held back
Find out why families cannot see a result yet.
A held back result is approved but not visible yet. A family never sees a half-finished result.
What to check
- A paper of the exam has no approved mark for the student.
- The exam has not been released.
To show it now
- Open LMS → Approve marks.
- Approve any marks still waiting.
- Select Release on the exam.
