Exam duties

Choose which teacher invigilates each exam paper.

Every paper in Exam schedule appears here as a row. The header shows how many papers have an invigilator. People who can approve results (school admins) pick the teacher; everyone else sees who is assigned.

What you see on this page

  • Invigilator: a drop-down for admins, or the teacher's name for others. Unassigned means nobody yet.
  • Exam, Subject, Date and Time of the paper.

Assign an invigilator

  1. Open LMS → Exam duties.
  2. Find the paper's row.
  3. Choose a teacher in the Invigilator drop-down. It saves straight away and shows Invigilator assigned.
  4. To remove someone, choose Unassigned.
