Edit or delete a vacancy

Change the openings, hold seats back, or remove a vacancy.

Untick Accepting applications to hold seats back. The status becomes Closed.

Registration form settings, Vacancies tab: a table of grades with their campus, number of seats and an Open status.

Edit

Open Admissions → Registration form settings.
Select the Vacancies tab.
Select Edit on the row.
Change Openings or Accepting applications.
Save your changes.

Delete

Select Delete on the row.
Confirm when you are asked.
