Use this page to add teachers, see who is in today, check what each teacher teaches, and reset a login. Select a teacher's actions to open the fuller profile with HR details.

What you see on this page

  • Four numbers: Total teachers, Full-time, Part-time / contract and Class teachers. They describe the whole directory, not your current search.
  • An Attendance button, for people who manage staff. It opens Teacher attendance.
  • A search box. It finds teachers by name, employee code, email, phone, designation, or by the classes and subjects they teach.
  • Export, for people who may download lists.
  • The table: Teacher, Employee Code, Email, Today, Type, Login and an actions column.
  • Today shows Present, Late, Absent, On leave or Not marked.
  • Type shows Full-time, Part-time or Contract, with a Class teacher tag where it applies.

Open a row with the arrow at its start to see the teacher's Assigned classes and subjects, and Class teacher of, if any. The Open timetable button takes you to their timetable. Full profile opens the Teacher profile.

Reset a teacher's login

  1. Select Reset login in the Login column.
  2. Read the preview of the email. Nothing is sent yet, because email sending is not switched on.
  3. Select Copy email, send it yourself, then select Done.
  4. If the teacher has no login yet, the dialog says the message would also invite them.
