The teacher profile is for school staff who manage HR. Only people who can manage staff can open it. The Pay tab is hidden unless you may see salaries.

  • Tags for Status, employment type, Class teacher, login state (Login active, Login off or No login yet) and Today's attendance.
  • Reset login, Timetable, Attendance and Edit buttons.
  • Four numbers: Classes taught, Lessons per week, Attendance this month and Leave days left.

The tabs

  • Overview: Personal & contact (gender, date of birth, marital status, nationality, national ID, blood group, languages, address) and Employment (employee code, type, joined, contract ends, basic salary where allowed, teaches remotely, emergency contact, login email).
  • Classes & timetable: the teacher's classes and weekly lessons.
  • Attendance & leave: a month calendar with arrows to change month, a Mark today or Edit today button, recent check-ins, and a bar showing leave days used out of the yearly allowance with recent requests.
