See a student's fee balance

Check what a student owes from their profile.

The profile shows the balance at a glance and the bills behind it.

Steps

  1. Open the student's profile.
  2. Look at the Fee balance tile at the top. It says Fees cleared if nothing is owed.
  3. Open the Fees tab to see Invoices, Payments, Concessions and Security deposit.
  4. Open an invoice to view the PDF or pay it.
