Parent profile
One family's contacts and children on a single page.
Open in InsplyThe parent profile is the quickest way to reach a family and to see which children belong to it.
What you see on this page
- The family's name, family code and number of children.
- Add child: starts a new student already linked to this family (needs a national ID on the record).
- Edit: opens the parent form.
- Reach out: for each person with contact details, a Call button, a WhatsApp button and an Email button.
- Guardians & contacts: father, mother, guardian and emergency contact, with phones and emails.
- Children: each linked student with their relationship, class and roll number. Select View profile to open the student.
Add a brother or sister to this family
- Select Add child.
- The student form opens with the parent's national ID already filled in.
- Enter the child's First name, Last name and Email, choose a Class, and select Add student.
